Northamptonshire moving challenges
Northamptonshire is sometimes called the Rose of the Shires and sits at the crossroads of the East Midlands and the South East. Northampton is the main town with a mix of shoe-industry heritage terraces and expanding new-build estates. The county was split into two unitary authorities in 2021 (North Northamptonshire and West Northamptonshire) but remains a single geographic county.
